替代肉类产品所宣称的承诺最近受到质疑:彭博社和华盛顿邮报的文章质疑它是否会真正被消费者接受;Beyond Meat 股价下跌和 Impossible Foods 大规模裁员等其他新闻也给该行业的未来带来了不确定性。
